Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to Chairman’s in both business and personal matters
- Manage Chairman’s calendar, arrange regular internal meetings or calls, schedule personal appointments; organize travel arrangements on transportation, accommodation and other bookings
- Prepare meeting agendas and meetings minutes and dispatch correspondence and reports.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal staff and external parties on daily business and personal matters to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize Chairman’s tasks and meetings
- Assist in ad hoc projects and events as assigned by the Management Team
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in relevant positions
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is a MUST
- Proficiency in Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Teams etc.
- Self-motivated and capable of multi-task work under minimum supervision
- Presentable, good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are preferred
