Tecstar Limited is expanding its business and is looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in automotive products, including lubricants, chemicals, electronics, car accessories, and fragrances. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building customer relationships and eager to learn through hands-on product training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries and provide product information
• Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales documentation
• Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service
• Assist with product training sessions to enhance product knowledge for effective customer support
• Help maintain positive relationships with existing customers and foster trust

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any field
• Strong interest in the automotive product industry
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks
• Eager to learn and grow through product training
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• HK driving license is preferable
