職位描述

Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in planning and execution of various business awards, dinner functions, seminars etc
  • Ensure events are in line with the schedule and budget
  • Create and prepare communications collateral 
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for committee meetings
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • 1-2 years of working experience in events or related fields is preferred
  • Independent and highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
