Human Resources Assistant (The Silveri HK - MGallery & Novotel Citygate HK)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support in all HR functions, including recruitment, staff engagement and training
  • Manage HR database and maintain an accurate HRIS regarding talent tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, no pay leave, compassionate leave, and maternity leave.
  • Handling employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, retention, development and off boarding.
  • Support and participate in staff events / training / reports / other ad-hoc projects assigned by HR Team
  • Ensure the information posted on staff notice boards are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in Human Resources aspect
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Positive learning attitude and respect team spirit
