Sales Manager (Food Service)

 Job Responsibilities  

• Responsible for Food Service, OOH and Catering Group accounts
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Establish rapport relationship with customers
• Explore new customers and enlarge sales opportunities
• Prepare sales forecast, reports and analysis as per management request
• Follow up customer's orders, enquiries and complaints in order to maintain smooth operation
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners
• Work on sales projection for the assigned customers
• Update marketing team the competitor activities on regular basis

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Food Service industry, strong network at QSR, Hotel, Restaurant Chain is highly preferred
• Good communication, mature, well-organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation skill to chef of restaurant
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
