職位描述

Job Title

Office Coordinator ( Work Schedule: 3 full days per week )

Industry

Provision of consulting service and investment management in sustainability

Experience

    Office assistant experience with brief administrative exposure

Responsibilities

  • Handle outdoor tasks i.e. document delivery, banking transactions
  • Assist in office administrative tasks i.e. order and replenish office supplies, handle courier tasks, follow up monthly phone bills, maintain office equipment
  • Provide support in document scanning, filing and data input

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter, detail minded and flexible
  • Willing to learn
  • Basic usage of Word, Excel, Outlook and online shopping platform
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and able to read and write simple English

One-year contract will be offered and is subject to renewal upon mutual agreement.
