職位描述
- Provide daily sales operations and administration support to the team including preparation of sales quotation, invoices, delivery documents, etc.
- Maintain updated database of product such as take photo of new product
- Shipping Arrangement
- Attend local & oversea Jewellery Exhibition
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Secondary School / Diploma in business administration or related subject
- 1-2 years experiences, highly prefer candidate with sales support or coordination experiences
- Honest, good manner, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Excellent communication skill
- English & Mandarin speaking.
- Proficiency in Words/Excel
- Overseas travel is required
