Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the employee database records
- Work closely with employees to provide full HR spectrum services (such as payroll calculation, attendance & leave maintenance, MPF contribution, employee compensation and preparing Tax & related HR auditor reports)
- Handle general coordination and administrative work
- Perform any ad-hoc project as assigned
- Handle works assigned by HR & Administration Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Be mature and able to work independently
- Preferable of 1-2 years with related working experience
