Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and order follow up
• Update system information in a timely
• Make ordering plans
• Provide support to sales team in daily operations
• Assist quotations and other relevant documents

Requirement:

• HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in handling customer enquiry and sales orders
• Self-motivated, responsible, strong follow up skills and well organized
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a team and be proactive.
