Yello is an integrated marketing agency specializing in the sports market, offering a complete range of marketing solutions. We specialize in sports event management and conferences in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework
- Projects include event, campaign and various kind of marketing works
- Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Plan for the resources for effective project delivery manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage and develop the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders, serve as the point of contact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, event management, public relations or equivalent work experience (lead multiple end-to-end projects)
- 6+ Years of event management and related experience, with large scale Event Management industry experience will be a plus
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills & Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- With business operation sense will be a merit
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- People person with good rapport building skill
- Excellent languages skills in both English and Chinese
