Assistant Key Account Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail channels.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers and understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement, promotions, and inventory management.
• Coordinate trade activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies to ensure seamless execution & maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retailers to balance company objectives with partner requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience key account or retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge in using SAP is preferred
• Sound analytical and strategic/entrepreneurial mindset
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
