Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of a strategy plan to ensure compliance and improve Safety, Health and Environment programs
• Monitor the site operations are in compliance with legal requirements including the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
• Develop safety programs and audit plans and implement them with a view to cultivate a strong safety culture with zero serious incidents and fatality
• Reviewing the Safety, Health and Environment plans and submissions for all projects as well as the implementation of all such plans and submissions on site during the construction period
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements

• Degree or above in Occupational Safety & Health Management
• At least 15 years of relevant post working experience in safety, min 5 years of Managerial role
• Registered Safety Officer, preferably a Registered Safety Auditor
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Responsible and well organized
