職位描述

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of our AI product among SMEs.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

2. Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.

3. Partnership and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships to enhance product reach and market penetration.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing models and promotional campaigns.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance product features and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in office automation and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience working with SMEs and a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
