Senior IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical team to identify and understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives
• Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to client
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns in order to satisfy client requirements
• Assist in solution design in alignment with client requirements
• Contribute to the technical documentation and solution architecture

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in technical support or IT pre-sales preferred
• Good understanding of Linux and cloud related technology such as IaaS, SaaS and PaaS etc.
• Experience in handling Huawei, Alibaba or Tencent related project is a plus
• Customer-centric and result-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written Chinese and English; spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered to junior position
