ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
- Material Management: Manage program level procurement activities, including quotation, price benchmarking, negotiation and supply and timeline planning
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationship and performance assessment
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate regular project meetings and ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
- Data Management and Analysis: Prepare material planning and forecast, cost/spending reporting and trending analysis.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track supply chain/procurement performance metrics, such as cost saving, supplier performance and other KPIs. Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable companies (Toy industry preferred)
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage complex and high volume of data
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational management skills
- Proficient with MS office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline
- Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude and integrity
