Shipping and CS Officer

What you'll be doing

1. Support daily inbound/outbound logistics arrangement, prepare full sets of shipping documents and handle Tradelink import/export declarations independently.
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
3. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• 2 years or above shipping doc./related working experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
