Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager

To provide a high quality and professional customer orientated security service focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Command of day-to-day security operations within respective Districts including supervision of frontline staff to ensure a high standard of duty performance and turnout as well as administrative, personnel and disciplinary matters;
• Retention of existing contracts;
• Liaison with property management staff on a regular and frequent basis to ensure a common understanding of requirements;
• Closely monitoring the daily headcount situation and taking prompt action to ensure that such are minimised;
• Closely monitoring resignations to identify trends and reduce wastage;
• Maintaining close liaison with site OC/OI, to which SSSL provides security services, to foster service enhancement and business development;
• Investigation of complaints and disciplinary matters;
• Provision of training to frontline guards;
• Conducting staff appraisal reviews

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder preferably in security management or related disciplines or extensive security experiences gained from sizeable security companies or disciplinary services
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, in which 3 years in supervisory level, preferably in property management firms
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 & 2) with clean driving records, familiar with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations;
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience or higher qualification will be considered as Operations Manager
