About the role

Join Excel Technology International (Hong Kong) Limited' as a full-time Data Analyst (Tableau developer) in Hong Kong SAR. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights and drive business decisions through the creation of dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualisations to help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions
• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into impactful data analysis projects
• Automate reporting processes and create self-service analytics tools to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision making
• Continuously optimise existing Tableau content and explore new data visualisation techniques to enhance the user experience
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau tools and best practices

What we're looking for

• 2-8 years of experience as a data analyst or Tableau developer, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Proficiency in Tableau, including advanced dashboard design, data modelling and data visualisation techniques
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and extract data from various databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g. Excel, Python, R) and a good understanding of data architecture and ETL processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
