The Job:
- Consolidate and analyze market information data.
- Communicate with overseas agents and offices for promotion.
- Obtain rate quotations.
- Coordinate and monitor Southeast Asia offices.
- Assist with business development and operations management.
- Develop offshore origins and new market shipments.
- Occasionally travel to China and overseas as required.
- Handle other ad hoc projects or responsibilities as requested by management.
The Person:
- Form 7, DSE, or higher education level.
- At least 5 years of experience in the sea freight forwarding field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Independent, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with transpacific trade is an advantage.
