If you enjoy:

• Assist in managing referral partners and act as a bridge to facilitate the internal credit process；

• Follow up on loan applications ,document check and validate the information ；

• Provide administrative support to Channel team, Credit team, referral partners and customers；

• Collaborate with Channel Team, referral partners and customers to ensure timely and proper submission of loan application to Credit Team；

• Deliver the accurate message among stakeholders and relevant parties and monitor the progress and result closely ；

• Consolidate and prepare the reports for reconciliation and analytical purpose on a daily basis；

If you have:

• This position welcomes candidates without credit experience.

• Office administration, documentation, or records management experience is a plus

• Preferably a high school diploma or above；

• Proficiency in handling various administrative and secretarial tasks；

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills；

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information；

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel；

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
