Air Freight Operation Assistant Supervisor (Public Holiday)

Location : Kwai Chung Container Terminal
Working Time :  14:00 - 23:30


Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of air import/export operation documents and system key-in
• Support courier cargo processing on site
• Monitor & follow up export ULD build up and delivery to airport
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Coordinate with sub contractor & customer service team to ensure correct shipment requirements

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 1-2 years experience in “FULL” AIR export operation
• Ability to deal with sub contractors
• Middle user level of MS Excel and Word
• Responsible, independent and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
