Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full spectrum of C&B operations.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage inquiries.
- Input and maintain data in HR systems.
- Support daily operations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR generalist or HR & Admin experience, ideally in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Well-versed in local employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in a regional HR role is a plus.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
