Job Responsibilities

Manage the administrative support for different business units

Prepare periodical business report of project-related activities for tracking and analysis purpose

Coordinate and arrange meetings & discussions

Assist with the general support for day-to-day activities and other general administrative support
Job Requirements

Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage

Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications and proficiency in business writing

Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
-
A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
