This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for services.

• Achieves the planned growth for service revenue and bookings in the assigned business divisions/accounts.
• Provides sales forecasts and communicates any significant changes proactively.
• Develops marketing plan and promotion campaign to boost service revenue.
• Develops service product portfolio.
• Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that affect business growth and profitability.
• Collaborates with other groups within Thermo Fisher to implement cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with Thermo Fisher Scientific policies.

Degree in life science related field

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered

• Strong business acumen and proactive customer focus
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Outgoing personality with good integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
