Responsibilities 職責
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bakery Café
- Supervise the team and provide guidance and coaching to the members
- Hands-on in the operations of floor & kitchen, including food preparation & display, customer orderings and servicing, opening and closing etc.
- Responsible for staff rostering to ensure sufficiency of manpower for daily operations
- Maintain high standard of service to customers -Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standard of the shop requirements
Requirements 職位要求
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in Café / Restaurant operations, including 1 years of experience at supervisory level
- Barista experience is a MUST
- Leadership, positive attitude, decent character, hard-working, work under pressure -Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Shift duty is required
- Less experience will be consider as Supervisor
