職位描述

Position 1: Project Manager

Assist the top management and BD Director on leading the project management team on all assigned projects and take-in-charge of manpower planning and management of the team. Lead and guide the subordinates to achieve company’s goal. Establish a good communication with Account Servicing Team and related teams.

A typical day in this role:

-          To overview overall project timeline and ensure deliverables on-time;
-          To ensure project deliverables with satisfactory quality & meet client's expectations;
-          To act as a gate keeper to ensure events & campaigns run smoothly throughout the projects;
-          To communicate with client & Account servicing team on detail operations;
-          To prepare event pitching proposal in professional manner;
-          To manage project cost within budget; Report to management with analysis regularly.

What we look for:

-          Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in event or marketing field;
-          Mature and presentable; 
-          Experienced in agency field is a must;
-          Experienced in leading team is an advantage;
-          Good on communication within the team and between in-house teams;
-          Excellent in English and Chinese written & presentation;
-          Immediately available will be highly preferred;
-          Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Position 2: Account Manager

Assist the top management, BD Director and supervisor on handling assigned client accounts and take-in-charge of manpower planning and management of the subordinates, lead and guide the subordinates to achieve company’s goal. Establish a good communication with Project Management Team and related teams.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong and good relationship with clients, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of events.

A typical day in this role:

-          Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle;
-          Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
-          Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events;
-          Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services to existing clients;
-          Explore opportunities for new clients;
-          Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.

 

What we look for:

-          Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
-          5+ years of experience in event marketing or related field;
-          Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
-          Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
-          Proactive and solutions-focused mindset;
-          Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
-          Strong on people management and supervisory skill;
-          Good on communication within the team and between in-house teams;
-          Immediately available will be highly preferred;
-          Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
