Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on our skincare products. Your goal is to enhance the beauty experience for customers while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

•             Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.

•             Stay updated on beauty trends, our brands product knowledge, and promotions.

•             Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas.

•             Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.

•             Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

•             Assist in daily operation duties

•             Participate in training and development programs.

 

Qualifications:

•             Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Passion for beauty and skincare products.

•             Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
