Key responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the business unit
- Handle customer enquiries, coordinate project with clients and monitor schedules
- Arrange daily working schedule
- Strengthen existing customer relationship and provide professional customer service
- Communicate with internal departments and affiliates and provide client support in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years related experience in the service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Initiative, organized, quick response and be able to work under pressure and work independently
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
