Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by preparing client-related documents and other sales-related documents, including, but not limited to, quotations, tenders, invoices, etc.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on orders by liaising with customers, vendors, and internal departments, with professionalism and good mannerism
- Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer loyalty
- Contact vendors and distributors for sales-related matters including, but not limited to, verifying stock availability, lead time, warranty of the products, etc.
- Attend IT related meetings, events, and seminars
- Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Form 5 education or above
- Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Chinese word processing is a plus
- Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrated investment in personal growth and development with a strong sense of responsibility
- A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chines
