荃灣西住宅-客戶服務主任 Customer Service Officer - 8.5 小時- 月薪$17425

工作時間：

• 一星期上班6天，每日8.5小時 固定夜更 (2300-0730)
• *必須於十五分鐘前報到當值*

工作地點： 荃灣西站上蓋住宅

薪 金：$17,425 (已包含勤工獎) 另設新人獎金$9000,分3個月發放

職責： 負責住宅日常管理運作，及提供優質客戶服務，例如住戶接待、訪客登記、文件工作、接聽電話及處理大廈內發生的緊急及突發事件等

To be responsible for providing smooth operations of concierge services and maximizing resident satisfaction; greeting, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints promptly; handling both internal and external phone calls in a courteous manner; performing daily administration and reports when necessary

要求：

• 中五程度或以上，
• 須持有效QAS及保安人員許可證，
• 良好溝通能力，操流利英語及粵語，略懂普通話，
• 具備會所/住宅或酒店工作經驗者優先考慮

褔利：8天年假、酌情性花紅、員工醫療褔利、良好晉升機會及在職培訓

辦公時間：

• 星期一至五上午9點30分至11點 或 下午2點至4點
• 星期六日及公眾假期非營業時間
