Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Targets Achievement

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual sales plan.
• Consistently and accurately capture all client data in support of building and developing lasting client relationships and to obtain client feedback.

Service Excellence & Client Engagement

• Engage with all customers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Develop and maximize customer base through client registry and other sales tools.
• Answer clients’ enquiry on online platform

Store Operations

• Assist in stock take
• Ensure store is properly maintained

Corporate Standards and Directives

• Ensure all sales activity complies with corporate brand standards and directives.
• Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
• Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin.  Good command of English is an advantage
