Assistant Supervisor / Air Freight Forwarding (Procurement & Consolidations)

Daily works include, but not limited to:

• Evaluate space requirements and efficiently allocate cargoes to meet customer demands;
• Strive for optimal cargo utilization within each container;
• Engage in negotiations with airlines and co-loaders to establish mutually beneficial agreements;
• Assist in the preparation and execution of projects shipments and handle ad hoc projects as directed by management.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in related discipline;
• At least 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding industry; 
• Strong proficiency in numerical calculations, with a keen eye for numbers and figures;
• Expertise in utilizing MS Excel and in-house system for data analysis and processing;
• Excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work on Saturdays & public holidays on alternate basis;
