Warehouse Assistant 倉庫助理

We are recruiting a detail minded and attentive individual who is keen to work as part of a growing team in a Fine Art Warehouse based in Hong Kong. As well attending to your daily duties in the warehouse, you will be required load and un-load trucks, packing / un-packing of artwork, provide excellent service to our clients in our state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. In addition, you will need to work effectively alongside our Registrar Team to securely receive, release, and process high value items from our facility. Full training is provided and you will have an opportunity to gain insight into an exciting industry in Hong Kong and on an international level. We are looking forward to working with you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To perform daily warehouse operations.
• 日常倉務工作
• Execute orders and prepare for artwork delivery or collection according to sales order and schedule (load, pack, wrap, labeling, ship). Perform onsite job may be required.
• 執行訂單並準備藝術品交收 (裝載、包裝、包裹、貼標籤、運輸）
• Unloading trucks and containers at our loading bay
• 於卸貨區卸載貨車和裝箱
• Assist Registrars to perform visual check on products.
• 協助裝藝術品進行目視檢查。
• Assist with inventory control; receive and release, process, check, and label items for our specialized storage system
• 協助庫存控制； 為我們的專業存儲系統收取和發放、處理、檢查和標記物品
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and presentation to the company’s high standard
• 保持倉庫清潔並按照公司的高標準展示
• Always maintain and promote a high level of security and confidentiality
• 保持並促進高水平的安全性和保密性
• Preparation and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily tasks
• 準備和維護日常工作所需的材料、工具和設備
• Ad-hoc duties when required
• 需要時的臨時職責
