Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Marine Group’s operations, strategic growth, and client relations
- Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance, training, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor service performance metrics, conducting regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage budgets and costs associated with operations, ensuring profitability and sustainability
- Other ad-hoc assignments as instructed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in marine studies, Business Admin or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the marine industry, preferably 5 years in managerial level
- Strong knowledge of Marine legislation, rules and standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team effectively
- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle complex challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
