Job Description

  • Assist in Production: Aid in the creation of corporate and marketing materials, including case studies, sales credentials, corporate identity, thought leadership articles, corporate gifts, brochures, presentations, and videos.
  • Inventory Support: Help maintain accurate stock records by conducting regular stock counts and ensuring proper storage.
  • Logistical Coordination: Support the delivery of corporate items to global offices, ensuring timely and accurate distribution while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Event Assistance: Provide assistance in global internal events and special corporate projects by utilising advanced event technology and marketing automation tools.
  • Administrative Support: Aid in implementing administrative policies and procedures to support departmental operations.
  • Communications Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing communication strategies that promote the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Consistent Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including social media, press releases, and corporate materials, aligning with company guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and department heads to ensure communication efforts align with the company’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, support roles, or related fields is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments and global offices.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to offer proactive solutions and problem-solving skills to support logistical and event-related tasks.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and projects, maintaining effectiveness in fast-paced environments.
  • Event Management: Experience or willingness to learn and assist in event coordination using modern event technology and marketing tools.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills to assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Brand Alignment: Understanding and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all communications and corporate materials.
