Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times
- Provide general office administrative support, including meeting minutes, calendar management, travel/hotel arrangements, etc.
- Arrange and organize daily schedule, including business and personal appointment, meetings, conferences etc.
- Able to cope with various business occasions
- Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- At least 1 year of secretarial working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST )
- Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility
