About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to lead client-facing negotiations, drive sales growth, and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to close high-value deals. Candidates with a professional appearance and experience in brand packaging or financial experiences will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client negotiations to secure contracts, focusing on win-win outcomes and revenue maximization.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand the client base in target industries.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, procurement teams, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to align proposals with client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales/client-facing roles (preferably in Finance, consulting, tech, or FMCG).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Professional appearance and ability to represent the company at high-level meetings.
Strong problem-solving skills to address client objections and complex deal structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in brand packaging, luxury retail, or premium service industries will be considered.
Multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, French,).
