Responsibilities 工作職責:

• 協助主廚和高級廚師的日常工作，確保廚房的順利運作
  Assist the head chef and senior chefs in daily operations to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• 參與菜品的準備和製作，確保食材的質量和出品的穩定性
  Participate in the preparation and production of dishes, ensuring the quality of ingredients and consistency in presentation
• 協助進行庫存管理，確保食材的充足和合理使用
  Assist in inventory management to ensure sufficient and efficient use of ingredients
• 確保廚房的衛生標準和安全操作規範符合公司的要求
  Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and safety procedures in line with company requirements
• 在需要時，能夠獨立處理工作站，並提供高質量的餐品
  Be able to manage a workstation independently when needed, delivering high-quality dishes

Requirements 工作要求:

• 1-3年相關廚房工作經驗，有東南亞餐廚房經驗者優先考慮
  1-3 years of relevant kitchen experience, with a preference for experience in Southeast Asian cuisine
• 熟悉廚房運作流程，並能夠快速適應工作環境
  Familiarity with kitchen operations and the ability to adapt quickly to the work environment
• 具有良好的團隊合作精神和溝通能力，能夠與團隊成員緊密合作
  Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with team members
• 能接受輪班工作，包括週末和假期
  Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 能夠在高壓環境下工作，具備良好的執行力
  Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong execution skills
