Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has long been a preferred haven for lovers of fine Western and continental cuisine in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the Head Chef to ensure a successful working environment.
- Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
- Follow up the daily operation production and check the food storage
- Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production
- Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
- Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in pastries industry or in hotels is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
