Job Description

• Deliver and maintain advanced physiotherapy treatments. Knowledge of dry-needling, stretch therapy is an advantage.
• Maintain industry knowledge and related training.
• Engage with Rehab/Manual Therapists to support technical service deliveries (cross-training)
• Maintain technical equipment maintenance, hygiene and repair.
• Engage with client-therapist service standards, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Open and active communication among all wellness associates and medical associates to create a seamless medi-wellness integration.
• Able to deliver professional, technical, and knowledgeable wellness treatments with clients. Establish long-lasting business relationships with all clients and associates.
• Operational effectiveness and promote a positive working environment where all associates are able to build on constructive feedback to improve their self-awareness.
• Assist in wellness-based program development - Key around client needs and recommend based on service and suited therapists.
• Assist in implementing departmental training and identifying department priorities to maximize the wellness centre's effectiveness and engagement.
• Keep up to date on the newest trends in the relevant area.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder and above
• Registered Physiotherapist in Part 1
• Minimum 1 years’ client servicing experience for premium health or wellness services
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a team player
• Good command of both spoken & written Mandarin and English
