您的咖啡專業，由成為Starbucks咖啡調配師開展
招聘職位：
- 分店主任 SHIFT SUPERVISOR (全職/全職四天)
招聘工作分店: 迪士尼分店/ 昂坪分店
工作時間:
- 每週5-6天工作，輪班輪休 (亦可選四天工作)
- 每天工作8.5小時 (包含2個小休)+(額外膳食時間)

工作職責:
- 提供優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境
- 遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品
- 協助店經理管理店舖營運及人手分配
- 指導夥伴(員工)有效提升顧客服務質素，以確保夥伴為顧客營造並維持良好的星巴克體驗
工作要求:
- 必須1年或以上餐飲業或零售業管理經驗
- 良好中英文溝通技巧，主動熱誠，具領導才能及團隊合作精神
- 較少管理經驗者會考慮為咖啡調配師

- 分店主任: 全職5.5天薪酬高達$23K /全職4天薪酬高達$16K
- 新人獎金 $5,000 (迪士尼分店 $8,000)
