金色不如帰在東京不只為米芝蓮一星拉麵店，更曾在日本食評網Tabelog評為2010至2017年最佳拉麵。這間位於東京新宿後巷的拉麵小店長期大排長龍，奪星之處在於堅持自家熬製的金黃色貝汁湯底，用上每日新鮮直送60斤大蜆熬製，不添加味精，入口帶鮮味，微鹹帶甜，配搭恰好。
