助理人力資源及行政主任 Assistant HR & Admin Officer (HQ/AHRA)
職責:
- 協助制定人力資源管理及行政管理相關政策。
- 協助處理人事工作,包括招聘、人事紀錄、績效管理、薪酬計算、強積金供款及報稅等。
- 協助行政及文書工作,包括撰寫書信、通告、會議紀錄及報告、維修保養、保險、採購、檔案管理等。
要求:
- 持人力資源/行政管理/社會科學或相關學科學位優先。
- 良好中英文書寫能力、熟悉電腦操作。
- 具3年或以上人力資源及行政管理經驗者優先。
- 具良好組織及溝通技巧,能獨立工作。
- 熟悉僱傭條例。
工作地點:灣仔
