接待員 - 香島廳 (中菜) Host / Hostess - Island Room (Chinese Restaurant) 五天工作

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve a high level of member satisfaction by handling restaurant reservations and enquiries received from different channels. Greet, seat and see-off restaurant guests in a professional manner
• Maintain an accurate floor plan, guest reservation record, guest preferences and history, etc
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and service team in performing administrative duties and floor operation respectively whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in hotel or catering studies
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience gained in renowned private clubs, hotels or restaurants
• Good common of spoken English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
