職責
- 督導團隊的日常運作，以達至生產目標
- 管理庫存水平並確保從上游到下游的供應鏈順暢
- 協調各有關部門制定生產計劃以提高生產效率
- 確保食物衛生及品質監控、以提升營運效率
- 培訓下屬工作技巧
- 與合作伙伴緊密溝通，了解及滿足客戶需求
- 協助日常管理報表制作
入職要求
- F5或以上，至少4年相關工作經驗
- 工作經驗較少的文憑持有者也將被考慮
- 具備領導才能、良好人際關係及溝通技巧
- 具備良好電腦應用技巧及知識
- 良好中、英文書及口語能力
- 需輪班工作
