職責

  • 督導團隊的日常運作,以達至生產目標
  • 管理庫存水平並確保從上游到下游的供應鏈順暢
  • 調各有部門制定生產計劃以提高生產效率
  • 確保食物衛生及品質監控、以提升營運效率
  • 培訓下屬工作技巧
  • 與合作伙伴緊密溝通,了解及滿足客戶需求
  • 協助日常管理報表制作

入職要求

  • F5或以上,至少4年相關工作經驗
  • 工作經驗較少的文憑持有者也將被考慮
  • 具備領導才能、良好人際關係及溝通技巧
  • 具備良好電腦應用技巧及知識
  • 良好中、英文書及口語能力
  • 需輪班工作
