Job Description
工作職責:
- 安排及監察各分判商施工進度及監控施工質量
- 協助地盤總管及地盤管理層負責統籌及協調施工項目的安排
- 推動各項施工步驟至每個項目順暢完工
- 協助業主地盤工程監督進行日常品質檢查及監察
- 協調地盤工程師及地盤管理層履行合約的要求
- 推動及實行地盤施工品質、安全及環保工作
需要條件:
- 具備TCP T1資格
- 持有建築系監工證書或以上程度
- 持建築業安全督導員訓練證明書較佳
- 5年或以上地盤經驗; 包括3年或以上樓宇地盤管理經驗
- 具有基本的電腦文書及圖紙程式知識及運作; 能獨立處理地盤工程文件
- 具有建築署/ 房屋署工程項目經驗
- 良好中文書寫能力及能理解英文書信更佳
