工作職責:

工作要求:

香港中學文憑或以上學歷程度;

懂得中、英文打字;

勤奮、細心、具責任感及團體精神;

經驗不拘;

能即時上班優先
上班時間: 星期一至星期五 早上8時30分至下午5時30分 及 星期六 早上8時30分至下午12時30分;
地點: 葵興大連排道(鄰近港鐵站)
Job Responsibilities:
-
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing documents, and drafting quotations as required by the department.

Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

Assist in the daily operations of the department by supporting team members and contributing to workflow efficiency.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
-
Serve as a back-up receptionist when needed, managing front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
Job Requirements:

HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above
-
Good in Chinese and English typing
-
Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
-
Welcome fresh graduate
-
Immediate availability is preferred
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Location: Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Hing (near the MTR station)
