Job Description

職責:

  • 提供秘書及一般行政工作;
  • 負責會議工作, 包括撰寫會議議程及會議記錄;
  • 安排機票行程、酒店及辦理簽證;
  • 管理日程、會議、草擬信函、文件管理及執行其他行政職務

要求:

  • 持行政管理/社會科學或相關學科學位優先
  • 良好中英文書寫能力、熟悉電腦操作
  • 處事成熟獨立、有責任感
  • 具良好溝通技巧, 對工作有熱誠, 工作細心
  • 2年相關經驗

工作地點: 灣仔,5天工作

福利:年假15天、醫療福利
