職責

• Provide technical supporting in external façade aspect.
• Responsible for overall planning, management and co-ordination of external façade works for successful project delivery from design development, fabrication, delivery, installation, handover up to DLP period.
• Liaise with other Departments or Sections for policy making and monitor its implementation, especially in façade field.
• Provide strategic advice and support to project team in project strategy, design, programme guidance, site management and ultimately project delivery.
• Assign and set up working framework and control means for subordinates.
• Monitor the progress of design development, material / shop drawing / statutory submission and approval, fabrication and installation to ensure timelines and milestone days can be achieved.
• Working with Project team and assist in developing a comprehensive method statement for external façade works to ensure the works are well planned in a safety manner and fit for the particular condition of project before site work commencement.
• Provide support on implementation of company's safety management plan.
• Provide support on implementation of company's quality system, environmental system, and project quality plans.
• Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor site works quality of external façade system.
• Determine the preventative measure for any potential risks that may affect project delivery.
• Provide the technical supporting and solution to project team for any problems arisen in related to external façade system.

要求

• High Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Management / related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in façade.
• Familiarity with façade systems, façade design and materials manufacture.
• Able to effectively monitor project planning, progress, execution and delivery.
• Familiar with shop & fabrication drawings.
• A problem solver capable in reporting and liaising with clients, architects and consultants to make remedial proposals on façade design.
• Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Building Codes and Regulations
