Position Overview:
As an AI System Analyst at a blockchain-centric technology platform, he will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities. His expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analysis will be crucial in optimizing our cybersecurity measures and improving overall system performance. He will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges in the fintech and cybersecurity domains, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of technological innovation and supports our mission of creating a secure, efficient, and eco-friendly ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Design: Analyze system requirements and design AI-driven solutions that align with the platform's blockchain fintech cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in line with our Dynamic Service Involvement Protocol (DSIP).
• Algorithm Development: Develop and refine AI algorithms and models to meet specific business objectives, utilizing machine learning techniques, deep learning architectures, and statistical analysis, supporting our goal of reducing costs and enhancing benefits for all participants.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Work with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality, feature engineering, and data normalization for optimal algorithm performance, contributing to our digital service data catalogue.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Implement and train AI models using appropriate frameworks and libraries, validate their performance, and optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring they support our blockchain-centric approach.
• Feature Selection and Extraction: Identify and select relevant features from complex datasets, employing feature extraction and dimensionality reduction techniques to improve model efficiency and interpretability, enhancing our content creation and validation processes.
• Model Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and architects to integrate AI models into the blockchain fintech cybersecurity infrastructure platform, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability, in line with our innovative design principles.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve algorithm performance and efficiency through optimization techniques such as algorithmic tuning, parallel computing, and distributed computing, supporting our commitment to sustainable and eco- friendly infrastructure.
• Model Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed AI models, identify and address issues or anomalies, and perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability, crucial for our secure and efficient operations.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and cybersecurity experts, to define requirements, share insights, and document algorithm design, implementation, and performance evaluation, supporting our focus on collaboration and digital transformation.

Minimum entry requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the artificial intelligence, blockchain, or cybersecurity sectors. Experience should include working with blockchain-centric technologies and contributing to the development of secure, efficient, and eco-friendly infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly in the context of the platform's Dynamic Service Involvement Protocol (DSIP). The candidate should be responsible for connecting with blockchain nodes, providing APIs and interfaces for clients to interact with the blockchain through the server.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with a focus on their application in system analysis and optimization. This includes developing AI-driven solutions that enhance content creation, validation, and marketplace functionalities.
• Experience with deep learning architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformer models, to develop and refine AI-driven solutions that align with the platform's innovative design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with extensive knowledge of data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) to support AI system analysis and development. This is crucial for optimizing the performance and scalability of AI models within the blockchain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its application in the fintech and cybersecurity domains, enabling the integration of AI solutions within the platform's blockchain infrastructure. This includes understanding the dual functions of the blockchain structure in facilitating ecosystem activities and capturing value.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analysis. The candidate should apply cutting-edge techniques to drive innovation and enhance platform capabilities, supporting the platform's mission to bridge the real and symbolic economies.

Monthly salary (HK$) and major fringe benefits to be offered:

• 65,000 Salary
• Rental Allowance (capped at $25,000 HKD)
• Vested Equity Options (Exercise price to be disclosed to the applicant upon application.)
