Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions/ tools
- Provide recommendations on optimizing the MarTech/ AdTech stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing MarTech/ AdTech stack
- Research, evaluate and recommend new MarTech /AdTech systems and suppliers. Keep a holistic understanding of existing and upcoming MarTech/AdTech platforms and how they connect into the broader marketing technology landscape.
- Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects.
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Martech and Adtech
- Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, and other programmatic buying platforms, etc
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and the use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and data management platforms (DMPs)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong client-facing skill with demonstrated good outcomes of marketing strategy projects.
- Proficient in Cantonese and English
