Account Clerk / 會計文員

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and related financial matters to support the normal operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting matters, including bills, invoices, and payment records.
• Maintain financial records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Handle bank reconciliations and related financial analysis.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Other finance-related work assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• College, degree or above, major in finance or accounting with LCCI Lv 3 is preferred.
• More than 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software and office software (e.g. Excel).
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Meticulous and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
